BRISKET

This past Saturday we finally got around to having something big and yummy at Smorgasburg! Yes, Smorgasburg is finally back!

Hooray!!!!

This beautiful sandwich was barbecued well for us, and filled our growling tummies--justifying the 40 minute wait we endeavored on the line.

Typically, we would have gone with the pulled pork sandwich, but their brisket looked irresistible.

Fabulously, we chose well, because we grew gleaming smiles!

Sometimes we want to get away, but there is no way to plan a trip out...  

So I have found that staycations are the best way to get away from home, without leaving home.  And in New York city, that is too easy.  More about Lek and Jen's staycation later....
